Brand Goals

A brand collects inside itself the mystical thing called brand equity. It’s the often unmeasurable value of recognition and perceived value. It’s the invisible like. it’s what people say about us after we leave the room. The more consistent we are, the more efficiently and effectively we collect that equity.

Visible & Memorable
We want to be seen and heard. Loud and clear. We want everybody to remember what we said and that it was us saying it.

Consistent, Repeatable & Evolving
We need things to look consistent so we can repeat them, so we can learn what works and what doesn’t. So we can get rid of the things that don’t work and get better and better and better at the things that do. And, naturally, people remember things better if it is constantly repeated (see Visible & Memorable).

Convertible
We love admiration, but we want our audience to act. We need them to find their way back to us. As clients, as referrers, as storytellers, as facebook followers, as instagram sharers, as workshop participants, as opinion seekers, as interviewees, as our future coworkers, as all of the above all at once.
